Nutradry’s Australian 100% Whole Lemon Powder is made from Australian grown lemons (including the peel) that are pureed and then dried using Nutradry’s innovative low temperature drying process.  The gentle nature of Nutradry’s technology ensures the nutrients, flavour volatiles and colour of the Lemon are not damaged during processing. The powder is packaged to ensure the product remains free-flow and the nutrients are protected from degradation.
