Nutradry’s Balsamic Vinegar Powder is made from Australian Balsamic Vinegar. The Balsamic Vinegar is blended with tapioca maltodextrin and dried through the innovative Nutradry low temperature process to preserve flavour and colour. The powder is milled to give a uniform product and packaged under a nitrogen atmosphere to maintain freshness.
