From time to time information that would normally be available through the site may not be able to be accessed online because of technical or other problems. Nutradry expressly excludes liability to any user of this site in respect of the unavailability of content regardless of whether or not this unavailability is caused by the negligence of Nutradry.

i) Shipping and return policy

All orders will be prepared for shipping by 1pm Monday to Friday. Should your order be placed after 1pm, it will be shipped the following working day.

Within Australia

Nutradry offers FREE SHIPPING on all deliveries Australia wide. All Nutradry website order deliveries are shipped via Australia Post Express deliveries (tracking number can be provided). We do however reserve the right to ship with an alternative supplier if necessary.

Please note, depending upon your location within Australia, transportation of freight may vary. For delivery to capital cities please allow up to 2-3 working days, for regional areas please allow up to 10 working days.

International

Nutradry offers shipping quotes for international shipping with Australia Post.
Once you have selected your 'Shipping Region', simply choose a preferred shipping option and calculate your own shipping costs. International shipping orders incur a handling fee of AUD $10 plus GST.

Items are shipped via Australian Post 'Air Mail', Australia Post 'Sea Mail' or Australia Post 'Express Post International'.

This freight covers the cost of postage, handling and airfreight charges. Please note that parcels may be subject to import duties and tariffs, which are payable by you. Before the 'Checkout' ensure your address details, region names and codes are correct. Shipping costs will appear in full and are added to your total order cost.

Please note - ONLY 'EXPRESS' Air Freight will offer 'parcel tracking' capabilities.

j) Returns

Nutradry supplies high quality food powders and is committed to delighting our customers. However if you need to return an item for some reason, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return your order.

The following conditions will not be eligible for returns or refunds:

If claims for defective products are not made within 7 days after the receipt of goods
Returns for lumping or caking may not be considered as this is not a quality fault but a factor of storage and handling
The products have been opened and or sampled and customer simply does not like the product(s)
The customer changes their mind or has made a mistake on their order

Please note: Nutradry is not responsible for the freight costs of return if the cause of return is not Nutradry's fault. If credit / refund / replacement are agreed upon, this will only be issued once the original items have been returned to Nutradry and investigated.

Nutradry Pty Ltd is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all. Nutradry Pty Ltd uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Nutradry Pty Ltd only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
